美女催乳师“静静”为修炼催乳掌法，医治更多受产奶疾病困扰的患者，前往享誉催乳盛名，且只将手艺传男不传女的“奶源村”，并拜奶王“公孙揉”为师。然而公孙揉却是个只会靠作弊装样子的无用之人，不仅对催乳一无所知，还蛮横无理骄傲自大，发现真相的静静决心离开，无意中却让想要推广有毒催乳剂的催乳师协会“贾主任”得知了这个秘密，在斗奶大赛上，公孙揉被其唆使的音乐催乳师“猫王”击败，一无所有。静静出于内疚，帮助公孙揉修炼掌法，在相处的过程中也认识到了他的医者仁心，二人最终决心共同击败唯利是图的恶商贾主任，拯救奶源村。
